Shesh Narayan Temple in Kathmandu Valley

Shesh Narayan Temple is popular Narayan temples out of 4 Narayan temples in Kathmandu valley, situated at southern part of Kathmandu valley along the way to Dakshinkali.
Shesh Narayan Temple is an ancient Hindu temple. The image of Lord Vishnu with four hands dates back to very olden days. It was built in the time of Lichavi King Haridutta Varma in the third century A.D. There are fish ponds around the temple. Just behind the temple there is a cave where there is a shape of a cow's dug through which water flows all the year round in drops.
