Baundeshwor lies in Katmandu valley. There is cave known as Baundeshwor cave and waterfall near Kathmandu City. This village is situated in mountain region. It is the remote & non-developed village in the capital city of Nepal. It is located 14 km far from Ring road (Samakhushi) of capital in northern side. Baundeshwor is also the border village between Kathmandu and Nuwakot district. Shivapuri National Park holds this village in the Lap. It is down of Shivapuri national park.
