Changu Narayan Temple in kathmandu

Changu Narayan Temple is one of the oldest temple sites dedicated to Lord Vishnu of the Hindu trinity. It is still part of the UNESCO World Heritage Site Kathmandu Valley. It is belived that it was built  4th century.
It is near the village of Changunarayan in the Kathmandu Valley on top of a hill at the eastern end of the valley. The temple was originally built in 1673. Changu Narayan Temple is an impressive double-roofed temple which is said to be the most ancient Vishnu temple in Kathmandu Valley.
