pashupatinath temple in nepal


Pashupatinath temple is one of the most Hindu temple located on the shore of the Bagmati river on the eastern part of Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal.
 Pashupatinath means the “Lord of the Animals.” In this form, Lord Siva shows his peaceful mood of protectors of the animals. It attracts thousands of pilgrims each year and has become well known far beyond the Kathmandu Valley. The temple is barred to non-Hindus.
